Mindshift Parenting began in the quiet, everyday moments of motherhood — not from training, titles, or answers, but from living the questions. As a mother of two daughters, Zain found herself constantly learning, unlearning, and adapting to the emotional worlds unfolding within her home.

Parenting, for her, became less about getting things right and more about staying present. Patience was learned slowly. Understanding came through listening. Growth happened not through theory, but through real experiences — moments of doubt, reflection, connection, and choice.

Mindshift Parenting grew from this lived journey, shaped by empathy, honesty, and the belief that parenting evolves as we do.
